Step 1: Submit Your Payment

If you have not done so already, select your desired program and submit your payment:

6 Months of One-on-One Coaching: $149/month

1-Hour Individual Coaching Session: $99

Combined Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching: $298$199/month

Step 2: Information Intake

In order to help you achieve your goals, we need to get some preliminary information from you. Please take a few minutes to fill out our Apex Client Questionnaire.

Step 3: Your Initial Coaching Session

Once your information has been reviewed, your nutritionist will contact you to schedule a date and time for your first session.

Step 4: Log Your Food

Record 3 days of your regular food and drink intake prior to your first coaching session. This will help us gain insight into your current eating habits – so just eat as you normally would. If possible, record 2 days during the workweek and 1 day during the weekend.

Here are a few ways to record your log:

· Use an app on your phone (we recommend myfitnesspal)
· 
Write everything down in a notebook and transcribe your notes into an email
·

Once you have completed your 3-day log, email it to your nutritionist. Your nutritionist will review your log prior to your initial coaching session.

Step 5: Start Your Program

During your first session, you and your nutritionist will review your intake form and food log in detail. You will then go over your first lesson and talk about your first steps in forming healthy eating habits. At the end of this session, you will schedule a time for your next session.
