Step 1: Choose Your Program Length

If you have not done so already, select your desired subscription length and submit your first month’s payment:

6 Months: $399/month

9 Months: $349/month

12 Months: $299/month

Once your package is purchased, it will auto-renew monthly for the designated length of your program. If you would like to extend the length of your commitment, notify us within the first 30 days of your purchase and we will provide you with a pro-rated extension. The first month of your subscription will begin after your first coaching session.

We highly recommend all of our clients to undergo a postural assessment via our Posture Correction Program prior to beginning your program, for a one-time additional fee of $249 (contact your coach for more information). The information from this assessment is invaluable to getting your body to function at 100%. The corrective program included with the assessment will help you avoid injury and reach your goals quicker, along with many other benefits. Step 2: Information Intake

To provide you with the best possible individualized program, we need to get to know you a little bit. Please fill out the following forms, providing as much information as you would like:

Our Apex Client Questionnaire

This information will give us some insight into your lifestyle, health history, and fitness goals.

Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire

This information will give us essential insight into your readiness to begin an exercise program.

Step 3: Your Initial Assessment

Once we receive your intake forms and postural assessment pictures (if applicable), your coach will contact you to schedule your initial 1-hour coaching session. You and your coach can meet via Facetime, Skype, or phone call.

During this session, you and your coach will go over your completed intake forms, as well as all the details of your program for the following month. Your coach will be able to answer any questions you may have regarding the assessment or your program. At the end of the consultation you and your coach will set up a time for a 2-week check-in discussion.

Step 4: Start Your Program

If any questions about your program arise between coaching sessions, your coach is always available via text and email.

Step 5: Mid-Month Coaching Session

You will have a short coaching session in the middle of each month. During this session you and your coach will assess your progress and discuss any questions or issues you may have about the program. This session may also be used to go over any nutrition or lifestyle assignments given by your coach.

Step 6: End-of-the-Month Coaching Session

At the end of the month you and your coach will review the previous month’s program, including any questions or comments you may have. The two of you will then discuss your program for the following month and go over any strategies to improve your nutrition and lifestyle.

Continue for the next six or more months, and start to see your results!
